Rosangela Perna-Glass, MBA

Founder of RPG Careers, a consulting firm specializing in HR solutions, executive coaching and training programs.

Rosangela is a trainer, facilitator and career advisor with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Rosangela leverages her extensive experience to customize HR programs and training solutions to meet the specific needs of organizations and her strong facilitation skills to create a lasting and positive impact on participants and to increase success in the workplace. Rosangela consulted across large organizations with employees across the globe in both emerging and developed countries. Rosangela is a professor of Management and HR at NYIT and the author of the ‘Jumpstarting Your Career’ workshop training college students to communicate effectively, interview successfully, avoid pitfalls and make smart career choices throughout their career. Her interactive style encourages audience participation, resulting in high retention of the material and strong participant feedback. Rosangela’s other areas of expertise include:

In her role at Goldman Sachs (2006 – 2015), Rosangela partnered with technology division senior leadership to set training & development strategy, leadership succession, retention, promotions, organization structure, compensation and recruiting. She managed the global team advising an 8,000 employee organization.

At Credit Suisse (2000 – 2005), Rosangela was the senior human resources generalist for the Asset Management group. She managed recruitment, terminations, employee relations, performance management, promotion processes, and international transfers.

Rosangela completed her MBA in Finance at Baruch College (2005). She also holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from The George Washington University (2000).
